Can't figure out what to cut?

Actually if you look at the article you'll see that the poor (I believe the figure is 17K or so for a family of four)pay nothing in Federal and State taxes, excluding sales tax.

Oh yeah, I'm aware of that. But the saving grace is that it would at least be fair; everybody gets hit equally. Hurts the little guy too much? Reduce the tax bite.

Can't figure out what to cut? How about we start by observing what the Constitution says about that? See Article One Section Eight.
The problem is that this government is too big and by that I mean that there is too much power concentrated in it's hands. Money=Power.
