: How come an educated guy like that has never heard of Padre Pio?

Oh he has, he went into a wil' ol' slabbering match about the 'touched in the head' monk and then tried to associate such a divine miracle with 'walking statues', impliciate accusation of idolitry there, and the incidents in India where Hindu icons drank milk.

:I've believed for a long time that politics, economics and religion are inseperably intertwined with each bearing on the other.

Oh but when I say that I'm a heretic....

: Do they really say 'pip pip, cheerio old boy'? at those places? A colonialist wants to know.

Damn close, if they dont use the exact terminology they definitely exude that sort of culture.

: If you wear your beanie backwards I'd have to agree w/ your prof. I hope your not one of those chaps who wear their pantaloons around their knees w/ their skivvies showing. Why does everyone want to look like their out of the ghetto? I don't get it.

Aye, but I dont look like that at all, I've always woren my garb as it should be dressing like the ghetto isn't smart, it's like the politicians who support war but never participate in it. What I feel is the problem is that this guy has been a magistrate so long that the tendency of others not to take their hat of or tip their hat in respect of their status is a major aggrivation.
