: : I can admittedly say I agree with every post in this forum. As paradoxal as that may seem both sides that are for and againist capitalism are dancing on one important point. The current govermental system is getting "stale". It's not evil nor good nor for nor againist, it's just stagnating.

: Check out the % of GDP, the volume in $billions that flows through govt now compared to previous years. The govt is a growing monster and its tool is not mutual exchange but coercion.

Gee, you really must read something other than "Malthusian Libertarian DoomSpeak" now and again, mate. He obviously meant 'the governmental system' is 'stagnating' in the sense of getting 'stale' and lacking ingenuity; not 'volume-wise' as a measure of GDP for Pity's sake.


Since you raise it however, when it comes to government, what is the optimal size, IYO? --K
