Hence a requierment to establish 'rights' to guide the law, lest any laws exist. Ofcourse you can leave it to the market - where a 'bundle or rights' can come about.

exercise caution with people who promise "a word to the wise" by 'revealing' a great 'insight' into the workings of people they do not know.
