: What is Communism anyway

1) A state of society characterized by the common and democratic ownership
of the large-scale means of economic production, in which economic and resources are directed towards the universal satisfaction of material and nonmaterial needs in an adequate and egalitarian manner, and towards the establishment of a free, self-aware, politically conscious, amicable populace.

Or 2) in other words, "from each according to hisabilities, to each according to his needs"

Or 3) a society / political party that is working however slowly towards the establishment of these goals

Or 4) a political party that, if not willing to cary out all of these 'leftist' goals, isat least willing to carry them further than anyone else.
