: Ofcourse a person who owns his body but has no means to support it is impotent. The means are things like the tools to farm, build, produce and the right to use them. Not just in some agrarian sense, but also in working at some job.

: A person whose ownership (right to use property) of any other item (or choice to work) is at the behest of either the state or a popular vote is also made impotent in the same way.

And what if the state and popular vote has disappeared but the individual finds low and behold that he still is impotent because his fate is beign determined by others over which he has no control, no say, whereas before, or in a system of participatory democracy he has a say has a margin of control.

Oh, sorry forgot you think the market is democractic. About as democratic as stalins russia if you ask me.
