best way to avoid giving those naughty people a profit is to ignore their ideas, innovations, organisations which create employment opportunities- and set up collectives. People just dont do it, and the few landowning hereditary people are not in sufficient number to 'force' us to rent their land or whatever. poeple havent ignored offers of employment in order to pursue collective farm/factories - so they must have perceived a greater benefit in going to work for companies, and creating their own companies.

Without resorting to suggestions of mass brainwashing, why?
