Direct Democracy what's it for?

It's not so much the checks and balances that stop tyranny but the people.

The structural adjustments are less than half of the required change, I mean Direct Democracy what's it for?

It's all about giving everyone an opportunity to challenge authority as often as possible so that they can throw of the cult of servility and obediance, it is not the state that defends the actions of the police etc. but the psycology of the people.

It couldnt be any worse than what exists now and an anti-capitalist, anti-authoritarian revolution, that's somthing else people would settle for a return to the old ways.
