Lets not go through a list now, lets tackle them as they crop up in discussion.

How are they doing this? What coercion is being acted upon them?

: It is Definitely NOT one cent to one cent. It is one cent abroad versus at least ten cents here. If the companies paid ten cents abroad, I would have no objection.

Why not 20 cents, if that becomes the rate in th US in 50 yrs why not just implement it right now?

If 10 cents were demanded then the western company wouldnt bother moving and there would be zero cents paid out in the 3rd world. That would not achieve any benefit.
