In the past two decades, the countries of South America have shown a per capita increase of wealth of exactly zero. In Afica it is a negaive number. In Asia it is mixed (Indonesia took a dive). Wall Street booms. Better crow now before the bubble breaks cause when it does the world's in for a doozy.
