All organisations are designed by human beings - including non-company ones. All organising of human activity is by humans, in business an effective organisation results in greter productivity - thus the organisations designers are 'labor'

Not really you vox, didnt mean to offend. Its true that I think Marx writes in an elongated way, and is vaige at times in appliying principles - but thats his style.
