It is when carried out by a ruling class - whether it be an outright state or an insipid (is wanting power to gratify desire) group who intend to be the movers and shakers in a 'democracy' of their own design.

If it actually happened the way RD describes it then we need not worry, as it requires almost everyone in the world to agree with it in order to 'kick off'. So if it does then we may assume people have altered their approach to life to be compatible with it (hence I dont think it will ever happen)

But its such fun here.

One drawback of libertarian forums is that you can make a long post and people will answer, essentially, "yeah" or the talk is on details - the discussion is livelier when ideologies and world views oppose (remember that libertarians and socialists often are railing against the same things, but with hugely different worldviews)
