DonS: Likewise, the 10th Amendment did not prevent perversions like the New Deal, or the massive post-war federal power grab. The 1st Amendment has not prevented politicians from supporting "campaign finance reform". The 2nd Amendment has not prevented Clinton's '94 rifle ban. And we have the "drug war", and asset forfiture, and the list goes on . . .
