Then let's pass laws saying that if you emigrate you can't take your money with you, or make it more difficult top transport capital. Let's make it more difficult to fire workers or close down plants. Oh, and where exactly would teh CEOs go? Cuba? America is one of the most pro-business countreis aroumnd.

: There will be lots of loopholes cropping uip to find the previous levels again etc etc. Its pointless to play around with this, I would even agree with RD here, reformist policies dont achieve anything, just erodes what is produced currently. Now if that was your aim its a great policy!

In fact, that is part of teh plan. If more and more companies go out of business, the state will have to take them over, and so on....
