SDF: I looked at this in the library, not worth checking out though. Looks like a selective reporting of trends for the sake of a pseudo-futurology that was marketed to the big egos and tiny brains of anarcho-capitalists who look forward to a living employing cheap labor for profit, or imagining themselves doing so. GenXers who read WIRED magazine perhaps. Alvin Toffler with a cynical edge. The themes have all been done to death in Peter Sloterdijk's CRITIQUE OF CYNICAL REASON. Just another nasty book making the world safer for unfriendly people.
