What's the big deal, anyway?

My computer won't open the zip file, nor does it ever intend upon doing so. Firstly, I see no reason to further bow to the Great Capitalist Gods of Technology-Huckstering to buy any upgrades that would give me the memory capacity to open zip files. Secondly, I read Floyd's link to one of your researchers, and that was enough. Y'all a bunch of gungoons. (Not a site I totally agree with, but quite funny nonetheless.)

Frankly, the issue of guns isn't terribly important to me. Don't own one, don't want to. People who feel insecure without their guns have a psychological problem, and the solution to psychological problems isn't more guns, nor is it fewer guns, it's psychology. So you might ask yourself why it's such a big concern of yours.

McSpotlight: Instead of perpetually buying ever-more-bloated software that requires ever-larger amounts of physical resources to run applications, why not try a slightly more efficient operating system that doesn't cost any money?

(Sorry, couldn't resist a quick bit of advocacy...)
