My point was that needs* and use-values are variable, and that they cannot be rigidly hierarchised in any essential way- they will always change.

Regarding G.S.T- (General Sales Tax-? Whatever, Convict VAT) I suspect the poultry industry has lobbied for exception, to protect farming industry or something.
