: Fatal aswell. I would suggest rationing would be resisted and attempts as spiking would require a mass of productive free trade. Any changes would occur after a great majority had changed their minds, not be stimulated by changes to the current set up.

Lark: Yes, social engineering, especially that undertaken by institutes or coercive measure is like war it's seldom finished by the same people who start it.

Socialism should be a very deliberate political minarchism, then the individual has greater freedom to either opt for a region like Gees, RD's or mine.
