I would think that most 'mentally challenged' people might be rather tired of all that 'special, enriching' care. I've personally known people respopnsible for administering said care; I certainly would not like to be at their tender mercies. They are quite 'left-wing' in their beliefs, being all good union members. They also have little or no respect for their charges, treating them like children - or worse. Such is the nature of a master/slave relationship.

In contrast, the retarded worker has a means of income, and thus, a measure of personal freedom. Such a person does something that is valued by society, and thus may more viably claim to be a part of it. From what I know of the practice, I support it, and would hope that such a system might be available for myself, were I to become 'mentally challenged' - provided, of course, that I were to receive the bulk of the proceeds of my labors.

If I see anyone who fits this description, I'll ask their views on the subject.
