Yeah, Hitler was elected after all the only way in which it could be signed, sealed and fail safed really would be to employ an Anarchist/Libertarian Socialist flying column to tour around and arrest Machavelli's like that, going to war with totalitarian regions or communities where they posed a threat to everyone else, this happened in Spain.
