: Not so. It happens all teh time, why do you think people in overseas counrties laugh at america and our culture? Crime arets are alrgely an outgrowth of our socioeconomic system and culture of hedonism and violence.

They laugh because they are afraid of the unknown, because global media tends to present the bungling overweight superficial tourist American rather than the ones that made said tourists flights, tech & communications possible.

Also the above didnt refute the problem - blaming 'america' or 'capitalism' for the mugger is about as useful as blaming it for the bad weather.

: Some specific orgnisations wityh a lot of power can be blamed.

This is what Rummel does when focussing on governments.

: I didn't balme the govrenment,m did I? I blamed teh capitalist ideology.

Side stepping - if something happens then usually someone did it.

: EVERYONE in Kerala is guaraneted a basoic standard of living, that includes minorities as well.

Just out of interest, how come you put with with wicked old America when you consider Kerala superior. You owe nothing to Americans, you wont change the way they live - yet there in Kerala lies an opportunity for you to demonstrate how much better it is, by actually doing it.
