(Wolf was the former director of intelligence for the German Democratic Republic. read his autobiography, MAN WITHOUT A FACE; it's an interesting view of teh Cold War from the other side of the fence, and a portrait of a tortured soul and the reasons why men like him continued to serve the interests of the Soviet Union. I'm, sure he's pleased that the Party of Democratic Socialism, fromerly the Socialist Unity Party of East Germany, just polled 40% of the vote in East Berlin.)
