its that god the almighty came up with rules, and then the americans came up with their own.

god:moses, hear are the ten camandments ,give them to the poeple of earth,may they follow them wisley
moses:alrighty!
moses begins his preching; blah blah blah
americans:these rules suck , we will amend them.
americans: we have the 10 amedments, yeah!
like i said not a stab, just a joke!
