McDonald's False Claims

Posted by: Craig Spitzberg ( FAS-Technologies, US ) on December 31, 1997 at 16:37:17:

I have long felt that a good lawyer with the right jury could win a false advertising case against McDonald's for the number of hamburgers they claim to have sold. Jurors would be presented the best McDonald's has to offer, and a competitor (and we're not talking Burger King!) In Dallas it would be perhaps a Point Burger, a Snuffer's Burger, a Hole In The Wall Burger, or perhaps a Theo's Burger. The jury would be asked if (after comparison) they feel McDonald's has the right to call what they manufacture, a hamburger!

BTW: I've heard of chicken legs, wings, thighs, breasts etc. What part of the chicken is a McNugget? Are we talking Chicken McSpam here?
