I work at a McDonalds in Australia.

* The Management team treat all their crew with respect.
* I'm 19, get 15 hours - 30 hours a week (24 hour store).
* I get $10.76 an hour.

Granted there are times when a manager has had a bad day and treats you like crap, and weeks when my hours suck, and time when i wish i was paid more. But in general i like my job, i like my store. If something isn't right with your store, go to head office, or if you don't like the wages, find another job. Stop wasting energy winging about it and change your job so that you earn more!
