Young kids smoking

One of my best friends' 8 years old daughter has now been smoking since she was 6 and today she is smoking close to 2 packs per day. Her mother (my friend) says she is very satisfied with her little daughter smoking and she hope that her daughter soon will be chainsmoking. My friend is a very heavy smoker with more than 6 pasck per day and of course she is chaining. Is there any other mother who har the same opinion as my friend about kids smoking?
