again, our story is not unusal. the same old story just different names. The deadbeat father is joseph Otis Owen, jr. Last known address Tallhassee, Fl. He is now married to wife number SIX. She has 2 children whose names are stephanie and josephine. Oh yeah, her name is kathy j. owen. it amazes me that this woman would uphold her husband in not taking care of his children. Because we know for a fact that her ex-husband pays his child support. If there is anyone who may know the wherabouts of joe owen jr. please contact the above e-mail. Our daughter is 17 years old and a wonderful child. she is well liked by all of her friends, she is on the honor roll, a cheerleader, works to help pay for her car. hasn't seen or her from her father in over 3 years. he is presently over 5,000.00 behind with it climbing higher as each month goes by. our daughter is a wonderful child, but it is not because of the example set before her by her father. I, her mother work two jobs when i can. sometimes it is not easy, but i do what i can for my child. i don't know if writing this message will help or not, but as many times as i can i'm going to list his name and hopfully someone will read this and maybe able to help us.
