Gideon, as I have said on the other page, all our beef patties come from the flank and forequarter. There are no hooves, no tails, no tongues. Providing our food is cooked properly (as it is)there is no danger of E-coli 157 of CJD being contracted. Admittedly, the company satandard internal temperature for meat is 70 degrees, but this is considerably above the temperature danger zone for bacterial growth (5-63 degrees), and is exceeded by almost every run of beef patties, many reaching internal temperatures of 80 degrees plus. Until you have genuine cause to insinuate that McDonalds is responsible for the outbreak of any food-borne illness, you would be well advised to leave well alone.
