I understand how you feel!!!!! My soon to be ex-husband has never seen his 2yr. old son has not paid child support for him in the last year and got out of the military so he would'nt have to. He decided to call me about 3wks ago to tell me he wants to have something to do with his son and pay child support (at an amount he can deal with) then turned around and told me he wanted to give up his rights to him. Why don't these people see that it is not only hard on the children but it is also hard on the parent who is raising this child with the pain of knowing that your childs own father or mother just thinks of him as a trophy. It is not easy to take care of a two year old plus goto college and hold down a full time job. But we do it because we have too. Because we love our children. Their not the one's that have to look in the eyes of their children and tell them that you don't have the money to get something for them. Luckly my child is only two but it hits me everytime I look at something I would like to get for him and I can't !!!!! The same goes for those fathers out there how are in the same perdiament but the roles are reversed.DEADBEAT PARENTS IN GENERAL NEED THEIR HEADS CHECKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IT MUST BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO PICK UP AND LEAVE WHEN YOU WANT TO WITH OUT A CARE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
