child behaving dangerously?

How on Earth does a child absorb $37,000 dollars worth of damage at a McDonalds playground? Unless the whole structure collapsed on top of your kid, I can't fathom any injury that would have such extensive medical costs associated with it.

It sounds, also, like the child must have been doing something dangerous to put him/her self in harm's way, in which case it's YOUR job, not the restaurant's, to supervise the activities of your child.

It should be your number one priority, anyway. McDonalds is a place of business, not a day care center, and it's employees are neither trained nor hired to supervise the antics of children on the playground.

Sorry but without further information on exactly what happened that's how it breaks down for me.

And I sincerely hope your child is okay.
