I am a mother of two beautiful children. I have never received support payments from their father. He seems to think because we are not together that he do not have to pay for them. I've tried most avenues just to be told the same things. I want to start a movement in my neighbourhood for parents that are experiencing this sort of problem, maybe with more support behind us we can make some sort of difference.
