I stopped by our US 27N McDonalds in Sebring, FL last week and would have been ashamed of the store and the food if I were still managing. It was the middle of the afternoon, no rushes, and the restaurant was a disaster. The Big Mac that I received was the sloppiest sandwich that I have ever seen. I tried to make a point of finding a place to let someone know of this situation. Also, Don't go through this store's Drive-thru. It is one of the slowest around.On a brighter note, I stopped by the Avon Park store and was very impressed with the way Sam runs her store. She seems to be an outstanding manager. Her crew reflects on her attitude, GREAT!!
Please tell her about the good comments. Also, her food is great too.
