The only problem with your solution is that it wrecks the entire marketing plan of McDonald's and similar fast food chains who make big bucks off of the impulsivity of kids. Waiting to get a toy in the mail is about as attractive to a four-year-old as waiting until the end of the year (Christmas) to finally get Furby or some toy equally as puzzling. Kids want the toy NOW...and they scream for McD's not becuase the cuisine is so extraordinary..but because that's where the toy is.
