My own private McDonalds

First of all, I admit, going to McDonald's int he first place was my first mistake. But I'm in the middle of a major food binge and I was craving their pancakes. So I go to my local, around the corner McD's and ask if I can still get breakfast. No. I say are you sure? So my barely speaking English McD representative checks and says OK. I order the Big Breakfast. She brings it and charges me the correct amount, according to the menu, plus whatever for the extra orange juice. I sit down and there's no butter. So I go back and ask for butter. I get back and there's no pancakes. I return and say I didn't get my pancakes. This is after I asked for the to-go syrup because they warm it up. She doesn't catch on yet, butter, syrup. Maybe she thought I like butter and syrup on my hash browns. Anyway, I'm told that I'm wrong and that I meant to order the Deluxe Big Breakfast, which by the way, isn't posted on the menu. No I'm sorry, just "you're wrong, you mean the blah, blah blah. In disgust, because this isn't the first time I've been lectured that I'm wrong in my ability to order and I give them the whole mess back and get my money back. The previous time and I swore I'd never return but my food cravings seem to be in control at the moment, I ordered something that had a picture of coffee, juice or soda as an option next to it and when I was charged for the juice I complained and was told, it doesn't come with juice, no oh, I'm sorry, just "See, juice is extra. I say, look at the picture, it looks like it comes with a beverage. Always an argument with the manager who never once says I'm sorry.

So forget breakfast. It's 11:45 now and I decide to try lunch. So I insanely drive through another McD's for a Filet of fish meal and I decide to supersize. I'm charged $3.89 which according to the sign and the money taker is correct. I get to the window and my soda is a regular. I inform the girl that I supersized and a big mouth "supervisor" girl says you need to pay more money. I say I did and she says you owe money if you want to supersize. No, I'm sorry, just argument. I give them their friggin food back, get my money back and go get some pizza. And the sad thing is if I don't stop eating junk food, I'll probably succumb again and drive through another McDs. Thank God I don't have kids.
Do you know the address to complain to McDonalds? That was my original intent but all I could find was this page.

McSpotlight: This isn't really the right place to post such messages, but no, McDonald's doesn't have a complaint address as such, at least, not an electronic one. However, since McD's have announced a strategic marketing deal with Disney, you could try complaining to Disney about their business partner...
