Abit dated now but here's my reply anyway. I found the customers to be the hardest thing to deal with as we were/are there to do a job and to put up with arrogance from everyone sucked but to call past or present employees drop outs is a joke, if it wasn't for the management development program i wouldn't be here earning more than average combined income of an average family at the age of 21 with no qualifications ?? Who's a drop out now, most likely the guy in his own world thinking he's the man leaving stuff like this on the net.
