Why aren't there any 25 year old public highschool students?

This is a great point you are making actually. I think it is very telling of what the real agendas of the public school system are and aren't. I wish to ellaborate on it for a bit.

Observation: There's no 25 year olds attending public highschool - not ONE.

Question: Why the hell not?

When I was in public school there were plenty of kids that did absolutely nothing except show up to class and throw spit wads and fight. They were the same every year and many of them would just get more and more unruly. In 3rd grade I attended an inner city public school where this would describe pretty much ALL of the kids there. And, regardless of where I attended, there were also always a few unfortunate students that would try to pay attention, read the books, do the homework assignments and would still get F's. Despite all of this, every year the same kids would advance with me to the next grade. I'd be an 11th grade trigonometry prodigy and they'd be an 11th grade remedial math dumbass. If your not suspicious of the public school system's motives by the time you're receiving your diploma side by side with your fuctionally illiterate peers, then YOU probably aren't worthy of the diploma EITHER.

Bottom line is: A public highschool diploma is toilet paper. Unless you've got your eyes on Harvard or Yale and you don't have alot of money, nobody gives a damn about your public school diploma, much less about what grades you made to get it. Never once have I been asked by a prospective employer to produce a highschool diploma or highschool grade transcripts to prove that I was employable. Two of the three universities I've attended never asked me for this info either. Admission requirements were fullfilled by entrance exams, money, and admissions applications. The whole thing is a joke, and pretty much everybody is in on it except the students who are assured every year that they will be complete losers if they don't "stay in school". All the while, the nation is raging over the shamefull performance of the public school system and what a frightening place its becoming for many kids. Wake up parents and students. You're being royally screwed......and without lubricant.
