I spent 15yrs working for that company and graduated every class they had to offer.No one knows how ruthless they are however take warning atsome point and time you. They have no respect for thier owner/operators and the people in the store. I wish I could give you some examples but I've seen so many good people be throwed out without regard for them or thier families. McDonalds claims they family sided but they really don't care when it all comes down to it. Thats why I quit them after 15 yrs and looked elsewhere. Over the yrs the things I saw and the way people were done was to big a pill for me to swallow.
I would not reccommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful career because unless your a cold person with no feeling this is not the place for you.
