McDonald's will probably win again!!!

In the case of the McDonald's of Montreal where the employees has tried to be unionised, McDonald's will probably win again. In fact, the Teamsters local section 973 and the advocates of M. VIGNOLA owner of the restaurant of the "Plateau Mont-Royal" haved concluded a deal last december 21st. McDonald's accept to retire his own contestation and pass to a vote in the restaurant. If the vote are victorious, the employees will be unionize but statisticaly it's praticly impossible because it's been a too long time since the request in novembre 1997. And praticly everery workers of this McDonald's are there since after the request and haved been selected for there anti-unions opinions.
The teamsters haved concluded this deal without discussion with the responsable of the request in the restaurant. We realy think that they want to lose because they know that we don't accept a vote if we are going to win in front of the law because the unions lose 95% of the vote.

In resume, this decision is absolutely ridiculous and crazy!!!!
