good question. did you know that alot of the fat on sandwiches comes from the MAYO? oh yes. a quick way to make a sandwich more healthy is to cut the mayo, which has let's see, 11 grams of fat per TABLE SPOON!!!!!!!!

i think a good idea would be the option of low fat mayo packs. low fat hellmans has about 2 grams per table spoon and is pretty yummy. it's a wonder someone hasn't cashed in on this yet.

i think alot of restaurants come out with thier veggie wraps and stuff, but they kill them with the dressings they put on. a mere 2 oz pack of ranch dressing has THIRTY-TWO grams of fat. and hundreds of calories at that, and it 's really calories that are going to get you in the end.
