My Dear Friend,I was talking abotu SELF SERVICE RESTAURANTS. Ofcourse, If I want to go and spend 15 American Dollars for a lunch, I can go to any of those luxurious full service restaurants around where I work, but I cant afford that everyday. Bringing lunch from home everyday is also not so practical either for me. In that case there is no choice but to go and eat that McCrap. Ofcourse, I just go without lunch. There was this nice self-service restaurant which always had good business...until MuckCrap came in and offered their cheap "food".
As far as talking about France is concerned, I am from France and have seen McDonalds come into every god-forsaken village and drive other self service restaurants out of business. It is a pity. Now they openly claim that they want to change the world's eating habits. With the crap they sell for food, it is a very scarry thought.
