I`m trying to build an argument for and against McDonalds staffing criteria. The step by step approach McD`s have is unquestionably efficient but what drawbacks are there on this approach. Many ex-employees disagree against comments that they must be as thick as a dockers sandwich just to work there BUT it is an easy way for the younger generation to get a taste of employment. Do the McD`s management actually have interpersonal skills and more importantly do they use them ? None.
