thanks a bunch. down in Sonora, Mexico they throw a bunch of chickens in a crock of citrus juices for 24 hours then char broil them until the meat is about ready to pick apart with your fingers. then you do indeed pick it off the bones, wrap it in flour or corn (soft) tortilla , add picante sauce to taste and woof it down. try It! you'll like it.
