Gee, I didn't know you chopped up the meat and made the hamburger patties yourself, so that you'd know what's in them. I was under the funny impression that commercial hamburger patties came in huge frozen cases from some factory far, far, away.

It would be tempting to PCR a McBurger and see what species of ribosomal protein sequences come out... ;)
