Sounds like you might be getting burned out after eight years.

Having to deal with the lower end of employee's available in the marketplace day after day is taxing.

Yes, a lot of customers do things that invite injury in your store but
after all that is your concern to make the environment customer safe. Who knows what else they have on their minds as they slip and fall on your freshly mopped floor?

Good luck in the future and take a long weekend off once in a while.
