I think anyone who works for McDonalds know that the food is fine and the hygene rules so strict that nothing could normaly be wrong with the food infact most problems I've encountered are with the suppliers, the main problem is that there is such a large amount of new Mc Donalds opening that there aren't enough decent Managers like yourself to go around in the store I work in I have been there 4 Months and still haven't after asking 4 times had my probation report, the main problem is that there are mangers out there who can't be bothered to do what they see as the little boring tasks but to a crew member these are very important to them, if all stores followed the points about training, probation reports and pay reviews as set out in the Crew book then the company would not be viewed as such a bad employer, If your staff are happy to come to work then you are obviously doing a good job the only problem is we need more people like you to work for the company
