Well people Iam a store manager at a store an even as a store manager I know what you mean. There is a lady I tried to give a nickel raise an the owner turned it down. This lady has been there for about six years. I know she is old but she is always on time and will do what ever you ask. Also I am not against any race I have gone out with them all. But if you are black and a female most owner will think more then twice about firing one cause they fear a law suit. None.
