Actually, McDonald's does not use 100% beef in its hamburgers. The wrappers that their burgers come in are cleverly labelled to lead one to make the assumption the burger is 100% beef. But really 100% Beef is the name of the company. It is in no way meant to interpreted that the beef patty is completely and wholly beef.
