overtime

My boss wants me to work past the 40 hour week. However, he does not want to pay me overtime. He does not report the overtime to the state. Is there a law that says he must pay overtime in the state of Colorado? If you know of a site I can get the information on it would be helpful. Some weeks I put in 50 - 60 hours without overtime.
