Um..what do you mean it's the way the world works?? I think it's ILLOGICAL for them to not give her the water! Water is FREE... and the drink... why couldn't they have just kept it themselves? I mean she was paying the same price anyway. I cannot understand how this mother could be deemed STUBBORN... crew members 'follow the rules they don't make them' you said. Exactly. Follow the rules like brainwashed robots, and do everything without question. In this situation, it was common sense to change these "rules" and any sane person would have! In my mind, the mother is in the right. It's not the way the world works. Who said everyone had to follow these types of rules?
