I hear all these people talk about complaining to McDonald's, but I hear nothing about complaining to Better Business. I thought the BBB was for this sort of thing. If you complain to the BBB, I bet they'll help you get your complaint resolved.

Hugh Morris: You can visit the Better Business Bureau here at www.bbb.org. Don't expect a lot, though. Membership in the BBB is entirely voluntary, and the resolutions are non-binding. It seems like they are more concerned about people who have been scammed for a significant amount of money.
